I am a delivery leader with close to 25 years of experience working with product, retail and financial industries. Currently, I am the Senior director owning the delivery of Financial services BU for multiple clients and Regional Head for Chennai location. In my role, I wanted to make sure that all the deliveries we offer for the client is of high quality and we build a strategic partnership with most of our clients.
I have got extensive experience working across the globe in US, Middle east earlier by involving in data migration, building data warehouse for the clients. Taking the ownership in building a team to support the Agile process transformation, including product development flow and technical practices. I also work closely with Business and Technology executives to develop platforms vision, strategy and execution plans.
Beyond work, I enjoy reading books and listening to music.
